Drivers age
Minimum 21 years old for car groups A,B,B1,C,D and 23 years for rest vehicles.

Drivers licence
A valid driving licence held at least one year is required

Payments
In cash or via credit card.
Online Reservations
We have a Easy and Secure Online Reservation System that the customer can Book his Car Online.
The customer must pay the 30% of the price with Credit Card
and the rest with the delivery of the car.
The Transactions becomes from the Secure server of the Eurobank Bank of Greece
with a (SSL 128 bit encryption ) VERISIGN – MICROSOFT.

Availability
Efrem rent car reserves the right to change car model in exceptional cases.

Fuel : Is paid by the renter.

Ferrying the car it is not permitted.

PERSONAL DAMAGES
100% insurance against personal damages – at no extra cost . ( Full comprehensive insurance). Insurance for the driver and the passengers, according to the international incrance laws. Death and body injuries also of persons not riding in or upon the car.

MATERIAL DAMAGES
Material damages inficted on property which is not stored in or upon the car, are cover by the company.

FIRE & THEFT
100% insurance against fire and theft.

TYRES & CAR WINDOWS
Insurance against damages on all car windows, tyres and lower part of the car are covered by EFREM RENT A CAR.

NATURAL CAUSES
100% insurance against natural causes.

UNLIMITED MILEAGE

Delivery and Collection : until 20Km From Rhodes City is Free of Charge
Baby Seat is Free of Charge
IMMEDIATE REPLACEMENT OF THE VEHICLE
